Size
Our size chart is visible on each product. We also customize as per the size. Customization above chest size 41 will be chargeable as 5% extra.
Colors
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the site cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER

BILLING

The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the GST on our website. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. We reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

ARBITRATION

If any dispute arises between you and Nirmoha Fashion House Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”) regarding any aspect of your use of this website, or concerning the interpretation, validity, execution, or any claimed violation of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, or any referenced documents, such dispute shall be submitted to arbitration. The matter will be referred to a sole arbitrator, an independent and impartial third party designated by the Company. The arbitration shall take place in Mumbai, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the proceedings shall be conducted in only English language.
