Cancellation by the client

Each Nirmooha piece is made with precision, often crafted to order or specially customized for our clients. This exclusivity is central to our philosophy of luxury, which is why refunds cannot usually be offered once an order has been confirmed. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and requests for cancellations will be reviewed with sensitivity at our discretion. Our Client Care team is always here to guide you with any queries or explore thoughtful alternatives, with the same dedication to detail that defines our craft.

Alterations

We believe that the perfect fit is an essential part of true luxury. Should you require adjustments on a Made-to-Measure piece, our team will be delighted to assist you. Requests for alterations may be made within 7 days of delivery. You would only be responsible for the cost of shipping the garment to us, and we will gladly cover the return shipping once the alteration is complete.
